H.O.P.E. Animal Foundation’s mission is to help control the unwanted pet population through spaying and neutering, not killing, and to decrease the number of abandoned, injured, and abused dogs and cats through prevention, education and access to veterinary care.

Vaccine Clinic (Appointments and Walk-ins)
Monday – Friday: 10:00am – 3:30pm
H.O.P.E. Spay/Neuter does not close for lunch.

HOPE Animal Foundation (Halt Overpopulation with Prevention and Education) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) low-cost veterinary clinic
in Fresno, California, founded in 1999. Located at 5490 W Spruce Ave, HOPE offers spay and neuter surgeries, low-cost vaccinations, pet wellness exams, and a Feral Cat Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program for residents of Fresno, Clovis, and Madera. Since opening, HOPE has performed over 80,000 spay/neuter surgeries. Services are priced at least 50% below traditional animal hospitals and are available regardless of income. HOPE is a Best Friends Animal Society Network partner and holds a 3-star rating from Charity Navigator (86% overall score, 92.2% program expense ratio). Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM.
